How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all Frequency orders. You can request a refund in one of two ways:
- Visit paddle.net, enter the email address used for the purchase, and follow the prompts to request a refund.
- Email us at Stavdaninomusic@gmail.com with your order details and we will help you process the request through Paddle.
Renewals & Cancellations
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until that date.
Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are generally non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive confirmation from Paddle when the refund has been processed.
