How does a label get verified?
- The label creates a Frequency-Pro profile and submits a verification request.
- Our team reviews identity, site, history and contact details.
- Review typically takes 24–72 hours.
- Once approved — the green check appears instantly in search, cards, and everywhere the label is shown.
Report a label
If you encounter fraud, unfair behavior or wrong info — click "Report" on the label card. A label that gets 3 reports is automatically removed from verified status pending manual team review.
